Astria Digital provides digital transformation services including, but not limited to:

  • Software and product development
  • Technology consulting
  • Digital strategy and implementation
The detailed scope of work, deliverables, and responsibilities will be defined in separate Service Agreements or Statements of Work ("SOWs").
If there is any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement or SOW, the Service Agreement or SOW will prevail.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, software, layouts, and other materials—is the property of Astria Digital or its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Modify
  • Reverse engineer
  • Create derivative works
without our express written permission.
Client Property
Any intellectual property created specifically for a client under a signed Service Agreement will be governed by that agreement.
Unless otherwise stated:
  • Clients own the final deliverables upon full payment
  • Astria Digital retains rights to general methodologies, frameworks, tools, and templates used to produce the deliverables
4. User Responsibilities
When using our website and services, you agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain confidentiality of account credentials (if applicable)
  • Not engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
  • Not use automated tools to scrape or copy website content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms for professional services will be specified in each individual Service Agreement or SOW. Generally:
  • Payments are due according to the agreed schedule in the service agreement
  • Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This obligation:
  • Applies to both parties
  • Continues after termination of services
  • Does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or disclosed in compliance with the law
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • We are not responsible for any third-party services or products
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Availability or performance of our website or services
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services as outlined in the applicable Service Agreement or SOW. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Upon termination:
  • You must stop using our services
  • Any outstanding payments become immediately due
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astria Digital, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
  • Your use of our services
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable laws
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted on our website with the updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions continue in full force.
